Have been using Mechanical A/S since moving here 5 years ago. They helped me transfer the warranty coverage on my unit from the prior owner and have provided maintenance and emergency service ever since. However the last few times during regularly scheduled maintenance they have been unable to replace the filter.

Joy, from Mechanical Air, came to visit us yesterday as part of our 11-month warranty. He looked at everything on our list and explained what he was doing (or not doing) and made sure we understood before proceeding. He was both professional and accommodating. We needed one replacement part which he ordered and, surprisingly, I got a call later in the day that the part was in and they were coming back the next day to install it. We liked them so much that we hired them for our annual maintenance.
