Our a/c went out and Andrew came to fix it. He provided the best customer service as he explained everything to us and fixed the issue in no time. He took the time to explain preventative measures that we can take in the future. Mechanical has an outstanding employee with Andrew.

The service tech is knowledgeable and professional. But they are always trying to sell you something. What I don't understand is Mechanical will never call to remind to you schedule your service that's been paid for in advance, but they never miss an opportunity to sell you something.

Mechanical Air Conditioning Had my Carrier A/C serviced also got the blue light after the service man explained it prevents mold. Living in Florida I believe it is necessary for the unit to run properly. I haven't had a problem. So far so good after 8 years my A/C is still running perfectly. Thanks to Mechanical Air.
