I had my 6 month maintenance done yesterday on an AC put in by Mechanical Air in October. The team that arrived at my home were prompt, & explained what they were going to do on outside and inside components. I asked questions & observed how & what they were doing and why those things were important. They gave me good recommendations on how to do monthly maintenance as well.
I highly recommend this company, not just for the maintenance check-up, but for the initial team that guided me into choosing the right type of unit for my home and my budget. (The AC being replaced came with the home 22 years ago.) Since this was a big purchase -- I wanted to make sure I had a reputable, equally compatible AC, that would last --plus had a great warranty! Most importantly I wanted to work with a team that respected me, my price range and my home's needs. The whole process, from appointment, to consultation, to installation and now maintenance, was seamless. I highly recommend.
