We have had their service contract for 3 years now.
They maintain the unit regularly without problems. Over the year we have had 3 times when the unit has stopped, every time the came to hour help within an hour. Including the last one on a Sunday night.
We recommend them for the great service they provide.

They communicate when they will arrive and are always punctual. We want to specifically mention Daniel who goes above and beyond with maintaining our A/C. Also, Anthony in the office for his friendly assistance whenever we have to call the office for questions or scheduling.
