We were trying out the heating of our Carrier system during the recent cold spell on New Year's Eve. After a short period of heating the breaker tripped on the air handler unit and would not reset. Called Mechanical Air whom we have a maintenance contract with. The sent a technician out in short order who diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary fix till new part to could be delivered. The technician was courteous and explained the failure in relationship to heat heavier amp draw faulting the breaker. He also directed us to our extend coverage for our 2+ year old house so the subsequent repair was covered. Same technician came and completed the part replacement & repair and was again efficient and courteous. Very pleased with the outcome................................

So far I'm very pleased with Mechanical Air Conditioning. Techs are personable, professional and prompt. They took care of an issue I had with my AC unit during the Fall of 2025. They recently came back for a general service and everything went smoothly.
Tech showed up on time, efficiently performed scheduled service, and patiently answered my questions concerning UV treatment accessories.
