The service rep Mike was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my drain clogging problem and the various solutions to fix it. I also spoke on the phone with Deshondra who was also very courteous and helpful.
I have used Mechanical Air for 25 yrs both for new units & servicing They do an excellent job always available if needed & do a thorough job servicing the unit twice a yr highly recommend Irma Pordy
The technician arrived actually a bit earlier than expected! He was professional and completed his work efficiently. He made a recommendation which made sense and will implement on the next scheduled visit.
Overall, I'm very happy with their service!
He listened to me and found the problem and fixed it. He said that if it fails again they would take the pipe apart and reflate it. It is still under warranty.
