He listened to me and found the problem and fixed it. He said that if it fails again they would take the pipe apart and reflate it. It is still under warranty.
Shoutout to Hunter for a great diagnosis and repair. Happy for his expertise. Unfortunately he was fixing something that had been installed improperly the last time and caused the unit to malfunction. Concerning that it was initially done wrong and can still create issues for us in the future but glad It was repaired properly yesterday, so thanks to the company and Hunter for their help.
