The contract process went very wells
Technician arrived at our home and immediately diagnosed our problem. He proceeded to take all measures to get our a/c unit working again. He explained what happened and in record time had our unit back running.

I forgot my service persons name ( I'll add it when i find out ). He was great. Explained everything to me about my AC unit and showed me how to operate it efficiently. He did a good job cleaning it up. I purchased a service contract at this time
