The technician arrived actually a bit earlier than expected! He was professional and completed his work efficiently. He made a recommendation which made sense and will implement on the next scheduled visit.

He listened to me and found the problem and fixed it. He said that if it fails again they would take the pipe apart and reflate it. It is still under warranty.

My technician Hunter was exceptional. He demonstrated knowledge and was very courteous, and was able to do the correct diagnostics on my unit today.
