AC stopped working, called emergency number. Our usual tech was gone for the day, but they dispatched Luc to our property. He assessed issue and did require service that got AC up and working again. Explained what happened to us. Excellent service.

I'm so grateful to have a four-year contract with you. Your staff annd technicians are always polite, informative, efficient and highly skilled. I was lucky enough to get AJ today who of course went above and beyond the call of duty. Today AJ Needed to get into my attic and of course, my husband's was not here to move his muscle car Out of the garage. I'm not comfortable driving this stick shift racecar. So thankfully AJ Stepped right up to move the car, thank goodness he drives a stick shift. AJ, you are the best

Mechanical Air came out immediately after I called to access the problem with my air conditioning. The entire unit needed to be replaced. They came out on a Friday and returned the following Monday and installed the new system. They recommended a unit for my home that would be efficient. The new air conditioning system is working very well and we are very pleased.
