If I was the owner of Mechanical Air I would make certain that their tech Renel is salary wise happy because this is not an employee that you want to lose! Renel is is a knowledgeable, technically capable professional who is interested in the customers satisfaction. I had my own business for 25 years and this is a guy that I would hire in a second.
