My AC stopped working on July 4th. I called Mechanical AC and they set me up with a service plan and they offered to have a technician out to my house within hours on the same day and it was a holiday. Destiny was very helpful and explained everything to me and I was able to get what I was looking for. It was a great experience especially compared to my other company I dealt with. When you have a company that specializes in Air Conditioning and has to charge $372.00 and use an electronic leak detector to determine the location of a refrigerant leak that says a lot about how professional these people are. Furthermore when you ask the technician if there's anything that can be done until we get this unit replaced the answer was get a hotel room. We just had this unit serviced last month. This unit is less then 4 years old and to have a bill for almost $700.00 at the end of the visit doesn't make sense to me. Just letting you guys aware...

7-1-25 - After this review I was contacted by the manager and we went over this situation and clarified the bad blood that this created. Hopefully I'll get my unit worked on tomorrow.
