Mechanical Air came out immediately after I called to access the problem with my air conditioning. The entire unit needed to be replaced. They came out on a Friday and returned the following Monday and installed the new system. They recommended a unit for my home that would be efficient. The new air conditioning system is working very well and we are very pleased.

My quarterly maintenance was today, this technician was extremely thorough. Cleaned the main drain with an electric snake from inside and out. My annual maintenance contract needs to be renewed. Based on this last visit I'm convinced it's not the company, but the technician that makes the difference.
Will renew my contract with them.
