Mechanical did a fine job with the preventive maintenance work today. Zach, the technician, was very personable, he pointed out a few things that needed attention, and took care of them with a very positive attitude. He made a repair to the system that he confirmed was covered under the warranty, and, installed the UV bulbs in my HVAC unit that had burned out. Overall, a very positive experience, thank you, Zach!

The service tech is knowledgeable and professional. But they are always trying to sell you something. What I don't understand is Mechanical will never call to remind to you schedule your service that's been paid for in advance, but they never miss an opportunity to sell you something.

Mechanical Air Conditioning Had my Carrier A/C serviced also got the blue light after the service man explained it prevents mold. Living in Florida I believe it is necessary for the unit to run properly. I haven't had a problem. So far so good after 8 years my A/C is still running perfectly. Thanks to Mechanical Air.
