6mo service including flushing drain line. Suggested adding UV lighting to furnace to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms. Took tech up on offer.

Mechanical Air does a good job on the A/C maintenance. However, I do not like when the Mechanics try to upsell you on equipment that is not necessary.
The mechanic who serviced us was friendly, very professional, respectful and most importantly, expert at what he was doing....
