We've been customers of Mechanical Air Conditioning for six years, and we just had our quarterly checkup and cleaning. They always send a different technician, and this time it was Zaki, whom we'd never met before. The difference in service was night and day. In six years, no one had ever snaked the drain line. Everyone else just flushed it with water. Zaki snaked it, cleaned it out, and showed us all the debris that came out. He also gave us tips for extending the life of our system and took the time to answer all of our questions in detail, with both me and my wife. He was thorough and professional, and it was an amazing experience. I even called the office to request him as our technician going forward. Technicians like Zaki are the reason we stay with you as customers.
