Mechanical air and their technician CJ provided amazing and prompt service during the heat of the summer. As everyone has experienced a hot summer evening and losing air-conditioning is no fun. CJ (the technician) came and was dispatched quickly and did a complete service of the unit to get it running again. CJ went above and beyond to not only fix the problem, but to perform a service that would preclude this from happening again. If this is the kind of service, I will get in the future then I will be a longtime customer.

Took a little while to convince Mechanical there was an issue but once diagnosed properly repair was done promptly and both Representatives were polite and professional make sure our needs were met.
Hunter showed up at my home after two other techs could not diagnose the issue. Hunter worked for about an hour and found the exact issue and what had to be done to correct the issue. Once had the wiring moved by the builder Hunter returned to our home re-installed the thermostats and we are working perfectly. Thank you, Hunter, for being the most honest and polite young man I have met in a long time. I would do business with these forever as long as Hunter is my tech!!!

Called this morning and they showed up in afternoon. They analyzed the issue, solved the mystery and got my unit running beautifully again.
