We have used Mechnical Air for our home for 10 years. They providde our checkups twice a year. They are simply excellent. Ahmed is our technician each and every time, we depend on him and he never fails. He assists us with preventative maintenance and provides tips on reducing our costs.

Mechanical Air is Responsive and Quick
We have used Mech Air since purchasing our home 3 years ago. They replaced our unit about 2 years ago and were great. We have had super positive experiences with there knowledgeable techs including most notably Joy and Nick. Since Joy moved on to another position within Mech Air, we have been using Nick who is very knowledgeable, very methodical, careful and professional. While we miss having Joy, we are confident our system is in good hands under Nick's tutelage.
Also, in emergency situations and off hours, we have found them to be super responsive and often getting a person out to our home in just a few hours.
The customer service staff in the office is especially helpful and responsive and follows through. .

Marcus was so great! He first checked my ceilings and took pictures. Climbed up into my garage and was able to see where the roof/leak damage is. Emailed me pictures of all to pass on to condo Mgr.
Showed up on time. Examined the air handler and cleaned the water line. Technician was polite kept his work space clean and was very efficient. Installer a ultraviolet light system to help control mold in the air handler.
When our AC went out, Joy (our ac tech) came out quickly and resolved our issue. Highly recommend Mechanical Air Conditioning. Joy is awesome!!!
