Professional, Efficient and fixed my problem the same day I called. Diagnosed the problem immediately and was very thorough. Didn't try to sell me a new unit like some of the other companies have.

Beginning on Friday evening, my a/c began leaking into the pan. I called the company I have a service contract with and they said they would send someone out( for $150 emergency fee even though I have a two year service contract with them). Tech came and supposedly fixed the problem but recommended a $595 line condensate pump. One hour later , the dripping started again so called back and they said they would send someone back. I was again told I needed this pump so I said I wanted another opinion. I was told a supervisor would come on Monday. In the interim, I had to put three buckets under the unit to catch all the water. I decided to call Mechanical as they installed the units throughout the community, so I could try to get a second opinion from another source. I spoke to Amanda, and she could not be more helpful. She went out of her way to listen( even though not a customer), made great suggestions and even said she would send a tech sometime after 11 am. At 11:05, Tamer Ertuk showed up and in less than a minute, figured out the issue and fixed it( which was far less than a $595 pump which was not needed). I was completely blown away by how professional, knowledgeable, and courteous both Amanda and Tamer were and you now have a new and loyal customer. I will be switching my maintenance to Mechanical ASAP! Hats off to a great company!
