Carlton was fabulous. My system was shutting down periodically overnight. He cam first thing in the morning and spent the time to totally clear out my system so we would no longer have the issue.
His great service over rides the issue I had overnight with the person who came out last night and the charge to have someone come out.
Carlton is a 5 and that what my rating is based upon.
I refuse to rate the events that occurred in the evening and the associated charge..

I had a new air conditioner installed by another company that was starting to act up, called them which went no where. Decided to call Mechanical Air, they fixed my system very quickly and at a great price. I'm only using Mechanical Air from now on.
I needed a new system so I called Mechanical Air. They came out quick and provided me a reasonable quote for a great system. So far so good, highly recommend them!
