My quarterly maintenance was today, this technician was extremely thorough. Cleaned the main drain with an electric snake from inside and out. My annual maintenance contract needs to be renewed. Based on this last visit I'm convinced it's not the company, but the technician that makes the difference.
Will renew my contract with them.
Technicians should be trained on how to work on homes with backup generators.

Mechanical Air did an outstanding job installing a new Daikin 5 Ton, variable compressor HVAC system. The installation took about 5 hours including a very detailed testing of system. Both technicians did a great job and left the job site immaculate.
