My AC stopped working about 6 pm and the temperature in the house quickly climbed into the upper 80's, very uncomfortable. I called and they dispatched a great technician named Kyle. He arrived promptly and as he got here his truck broke down in the driveway. He contacted his office, and then proceeded to diagnose and fix my AC problem, even though he had truck issues to deal with. I am very impressed with his dedication and determination, to take care of my issues. I have done business with this company for many years and they always come through for me. The staff are knowledgeable and polite and very hard working.

Have been using Mechanical A/C for 13 years. Found that as a company they have been very good.
However, their most recent service call just blew me away. They have obviously installed new software and procedures that, in my opinion, have elevated them to the top of the list in customer service.
My A/C failed about 10:30 last night. I called their phone number knowing that I would be able to leave a message for them when they came to work this morning. To my surprise I got an immediate text response with an appointment for the next morning.
At approximately 7:30 this morning I got another text to tell me that a technician is enroute to my house. By 9:30 Kyle, the tech, had the unit up and running.
I have always found that their technicians are well trained. And they like working for their company.

We've been using Mechanical A/C for years. We just had them replace our 15-year-old unit. While it was more expensive than we expected, it was inline with the pricing I found on the internet. We got a top performing unit and our FPL bill is already reflecting a bill that's $150 less than what we were paying last month. Leo, the vice president called me personally over the weekend to work with me on the new unit. Highly recommend them!

This was the first time I've used MA. I have a home contract with ECM and ECM put in my Lenox 2 years ago. I initially called ECM Wednesday after my ac stopped cooling. The told me they can be at my home on Friday. I then CALLED MA and they came within 2 hours of my call. The technician they sent, Kyle was great. Respectful of my home and my situation. He did all he could and apologized that he couldn't fix the ac (without it costing me $$$). He troubleshoot the problem and tried hard to fix it but it appears that I have a compressor problem that's covered under my home and ac contract with ECM. I will be using them again. Ask for Kyle. He's great.
