Mechanical Air Conditioning is an awesome company that's takes care of their customers. Placed a call today, and they arrived within the hour. Great job. I would recommend them to all.
Have been using Mechanical A/S since moving here 5 years ago.
They helped me transfer the warranty coverage on my unit from the prior owner and have provided maintenance and emergency service ever since. However the last few times during regularly scheduled maintenance they have been unable to replace the filter.
Joy, from Mechanical Air, came to visit us yesterday as part of our 11-month warranty. He looked at everything on our list and explained what he was doing (or not doing) and made sure we understood before proceeding. He was both professional and accommodating. We needed one replacement part which he ordered and, surprisingly, I got a call later in the day that the part was in and they were coming back the next day to install it. We liked them so much that we hired them for our annual maintenance.
With my maintenance package, we have 24 hour emergency service and they came within two hours of my call took care of the issue and I'm nice and cool again thank you
Mechanical air and their technician CJ provided amazing and prompt service during the heat of the summer. As everyone has experienced a hot summer evening and losing air-conditioning is no fun. CJ (the technician) came and was dispatched quickly and did a complete service of the unit to get it running again. CJ went above and beyond to not only fix the problem, but to perform a service that would preclude this from happening again. If this is the kind of service, I will get in the future then I will be a longtime customer.
