Hunter showed up at my home after two other techs could not diagnose the issue. Hunter worked for about an hour and found the exact issue and what had to be done to correct the issue. Once had the wiring moved by the builder Hunter returned to our home re-installed the thermostats and we are working perfectly. Thank you, Hunter, for being the most honest and polite young man I have met in a long time. I would do business with these forever as long as Hunter is my tech!!!

Tech arrived on time and did a nice job. He had trouble getting the truck started and my wife was able to help with jumper cables.

We have done business with Mechanical Air for almost 20 years. They are a great company, good service, excellent warranty on our new unit.

The technician showed up a half hour after I called and this was a Sunday morning, you couldn't ask for better service than that. He knew what the problem was in five minutes and was done and gone in 15 minutes.

We had a clogged drain pipe. The tech, Pedro, made a suggestion to improve our UV light so that less gunck would form. When he described what he was suggesting, I pulled out my original invoice to install the new AC. We discovered that I already paid for the more advanced UV, however, what was installed did not match the invoice item. He quickly called the office, and returned to install the correct UV light. Not sure why the wrong install was done, or why other techs never questioned it, but I am very glad Pedro was proactive and rectified the situation.
