Marvin performed the most thorough detailed preventative maintenance on our 5 years old Carrier air-conditioning unit. He was on time and very professional. I highly recommend using Mechanical Air-conditioning for maintenance.

Mechanical Air Conditioning has done a superlative job regarding the maintenance of our system. I was provided a history of maintenance record, and received an explanation of what was being performed, and was provided with a complete verbal summary of the status when completed. The work was done on a preplanned schedule, and completed to my complete satisfaction.
The technician that was at my house was probably one of the most knowledgeable, polite And was able to take care of all of my issues. I have extreme confidence in this man.
