We had a not so good experience with a technicians. The issues, including the fact that his failure to address an obvious issue resulted in flooding of the AC closet, were reported to company supervisor. Supervisor thanked us for reporting the issues and agreed that technicians behavior and lack of workmanship was unacceptable and would be addressed.
Another technician was sent to inspect and remedy the issues. He did an excellent job.
I gave the company a five star rating based on their response to what happened. They also threw in two future AC Maintenance visits as a token for the stress and inconvenience caused by the first technician.

Very reliable and professional. Appointments are kept within a reasonable timeframe. I'm on a quarterly service plan which protects my new Daikin AC unit which I purchased from Mechanical Air. Couldn't imagine a better a/c service company. Thanks
We had an appointment for our quarterly service this afternoon at 1:00. Unexpectedly, our A/C unit stopped working this morning. When the technician came and we told him what happened. He told u s hehad a busy schedule of maintenance appointments. He/We called Mechanical Air to let them know and they sent an excellent service person to our home this afternoon at 3:00. He was very thorough, found and fixed the problem and then performed our quarterly maintenance.
