A year later and their service response is still going strong. It only took 2 days to replace the heating assembly.
Update 2025. The uV lamps installed at the evaporator coils, originally stated by the manufacturer to be good for 18 to 24 months were just replaced by Mechanical AC at their cost. The older lamps slipped in quality. The new US manufacturer warrants the new ones for 36 months! Thanks again!
We added solar powered roof vents near the attic mounted units, which should increase efficiency and keep things cooler for the AC technicians.

Ahmed Ali is the best A/C tech I've had yet. I always request him for my service. The company overall is just OK. Without Ahmed I would go elsewhere for service. Ahmed gets 5 stars. The company gets 3 stars .The owners can always call me for my opinion.
