My Tech, who I've had before, was great. On time and extremely thorough. I like him a lot. I have heard discussion in the community regarding what is covered by their service contract. You should check when signing up.
Renel was my serviceman today for my 4th maintenance visit and he was very thorough. I greatly appreciated that he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need as a few prior service folks have tried to do.
