Opinion from somebody who works in the construction industry, Mechanical Air has been around a long time and is a generational business that has maintained a high standard of excellence, professionalism and customer service satisfaction. They have always done the "right thing " and have very knowledgeable service department. Whether you need a new AC or a service call I don't hesitate to call them.

Mechanical Air Conditioning is who our builder used on our new build home in PBG. I had the pleasure of working with Nick when my unit needed to be serviced. He has been so lovely to work with!! He has been to our home a few times and he always arrives on time, has a great attitude, and has been really helpful at explaining things to me as I know nothing about AC units. I highly recommend him and I really appreciate all his hard work!! Thank you Nick!!

Ahmed Ali is the best A/C tech I've had yet. I always request him for my service. The company overall is just OK. Without Ahmed I would go elsewhere for service. Ahmed gets 5 stars. The company gets 3 stars .The owners can always call me for my opinion.

Mechanical air has been taking care of my air conditioners for five years and the service is excellent along with the people they send. My only complaint was yesterday they were supposed to do my service between 8 and 10 and didn't show up until 11:30. I understand problems arise for the technicians but please inform me they are going to be late. Saying that I would highly recommend Mechanical air.
