Last night I had the honor of having my air-conditioning serviced by Hunter. He was professional, knowledgeable and just truly exceptional. My system was serviced in the most professional manner. Additionally, I learned that Hunter was a combat veteran of the U.S. Army! Mechanical Air installed my unit and serviced it from day one. I have complete trust and confidence in this terrific company. Ask for Hunter he is an amazing young man.

I trust Mechanical AC to provide me with competent professional service. I have been using them for two years after trying more "affordable " services that wound up costing me more money in the long run. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, especially Zack. I recommend Mechanical AC.
Great professional service and maintenance
We had an off basic service issue. We were in contact with Jennifer W. She immediately trouble -shooted issue and went ahead and got service right out here same day. Mechanical Air once again went over and beyond to help us! We are so happy with our friendly and helpful techs as well!

AC shut off and I heard water dripping. Went to AC closet to find the system had shut off and the floor pan was filled with water. It was Sunday evening. Called Mechanical Air's emergency number and was told they could send a field tech and he would arrive between 8pm and midnight. Gratefully surprised when he showed up at 8pm. Hunter Jones did a professional and thorough job solving the problem and got the system back up and running by 10pm. Very neat and clean as well. I highly recommend Mechanical Air. I have been a happy customer of theirs for over 4 years.
Mechanical Air did our quarterly service last week. The technician MARC is great! He is punctual, professional and proficient in his work. Not only is Marc thorough but he has an amazing personality. Hope to see him again in three months.
