Long time mechanical air customer. Water in ac pan .. of course this was right before the hurricane. Customer service phone peeps were helpful and was able to send a tech out Friday morning . They were on time . I was not home so I can only say that my husband said the tech was courteous and had ac restored within an hour . Did not revieve a copy of my invoice which it did not get 5 stars .
Showed up when promised and were respectful and professional. Would recommend without hesitation.

They installed the original Goodman, and after 10 years I had them replace it with a new Carrier unit...
Fan failed after 4 years, they got it covered by warranty.
