Came the same day as I called for service, can't beat that
Service was on time and representative was courteous and professional.
We are very pleased with our services with Mechanical air .They are always prompt, and courteous.
I specifically told Mechanical Air Conditioning multiple times that I did not want a specific Tech to service my unit based on my previous experience with him. They continually try to schedule him to do my service. The most recent instance was that I was scheduled for service with a different Tech and when I checked, was told that they had changed the tech to the one that I did not want. Extremely frustrating.
This is a follow-up to my previously posed review. I received a call from their Service Manager - Steve. He was very apologetic, and we came to a satisfactory resolution of my issues. I have subsequently had two very positive experiences. The first was with Matt who completed a scheduled PM where he found issues with my compressor motor and recommended replacement (under warranty). Within days the part was received, and an appointment was scheduled with Junior who replaced the motor quickly and also replaced the capacitor (again - all under warranty). Very happy with the response from Customer Service as well as with both technicians.
Mechanical has been extremely accommodating with appointments and customer service.
We just had our maintenance visit by Hunter , and wanted to state that he did a fantastic job, was courteous, and very knowledgeable.
He noticed some issues that he pointed out promptly, and provided all options on how to resolve.

Mechanical increased the service contract $20 which is fair for 2 visits. The new service added -to snake the condensation line with a brush to prevent algae buildup and the unit shutting down. I thought that was a great value added considering Florida heat cause severe algae buildup in the drain lines and the AC unit to shut down.
