Service technician was on time and very thorough in the work he did in my house. He was neat and left the work area clean
Matthew was so informative and had such a happy friendly disposition. Especially, since we were his last call of the evening! His knowledge helped us come up with a couple options for solutions and he was so patient in answering all my questions and explaining the issues in a way I understood.
Friday night at 5:00 PM our A/C showed an error message. The temp rose to 83 degrees, although the system was set for 74 degrees. Mechanical Air told us there would be a technician out between 6:00-10:00 PM. At 6:45, the technician appeared like an apparition at our front door. He repaired the system and was gone by 7:30 PM. A/C is a marvelous invention and Mechanical Air delivered with pleasantly surprising alacrity. THANK YOU!
