The only problem he was to show up between 10am and noon and I was called after 10am. that he had a meeting and would arrive at noon. If I would of been told earlier I could of done my errands.
The technician did an excellent and thorough job, explaining the current status and providing information regarding the expected life of the A/C equipment.
The technician arrived on time and did a good job on the routine maintenance of my A/C. When he inspected my system outside he found a part that was rusty and recommend replacing it which he did. Since I have a 19 year parts and labor warranty there no additional cost.
