Great work, good tech ...
No fuss no muss
The technician, Brandon, seemed very knowledgeable, and was very professional. He took his time, and kept us informed of what he was doing each step of the way.
Came out right away when our AC wasn't working. Dave was absolutely amazing. He fixed what the first tech didn't and stayed until 11pm on a Friday night to make sure everything was working .
We have been very happy with our service from Mechanical Air. We have the regular maintenance contract and we are pleased. We have only needed 1 late night service recently and call back, service timing, and technician were all "Excellent "!
David and your company are great. Your tech was there in 20 minutes despite it being 8 PM. Problem diagnosed in 10 minutes and fixed in 1/2 hour. I can't say enough good things about it. Definitely a 5 star. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
I don't know if my first text went through so I'm doing it again. David and Mechanical Air Conditioning are great. It was about 8 PM at night and David was there in 20 minutes. He was extremely courteous, and pleasant. He knew what the problem was almost immediately and had it fixed in 1/2 hour. Wouldn't leave until he was absolutely certain things were working correctly. I wouldn't use anyone else should another problem arise.
Best tech ever. Hunter went above and beyond. He found some mold and took the time to explain why my current UV light wasn't offsetting mold growth. It just wasn't strong enough. 20 or so minutes later he's done. Then our generator cutoff had to time out before the A/C went on. Even though he was ready to go, he stayed until it kicked the A/C back on.
I want him to do all my future service appointments.
Today my a/c unit received the most thorough maintenance service. The provider was called Jose, and he made sure that he did a detailed cleaning of the unit, both inside and outside of the home. I'm most satisfied with this experience.
