Had a routine service call today from assigned technician Daniel Rodmus. He has been to my home in the past several times. He is always very efficient, knowledgeable, considerate. I am always very satisfied with his visit and know that I'll be in good hands on his next visit. Thank you Mechanical.

If I was the owner of Mechanical Air I would make certain that their tech Renel is salary wise happy because this is not an employee that you want to lose! Renel is is a knowledgeable, technically capable professional who is interested in the customers satisfaction. I had my own business for 25 years and this is a guy that I would hire in a second. Mechanical Air is lucky to have him!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Prompt service, polite technician, honest diagnosis, and an extremely affordable rates! This whole experience was seamless and smooth, I will definitely continue to use Mechanical A/C for all of my future needs, and highly recommend them to anyone needing installation or service!

Their customer service person I dealt with was absolutely fantastic. She was polite courteous explained everything patient everything you would want in a customer service person. I would rate her about 12 out of 10.
